Queen Acts Candle Co. is woman-veteran-black owned, but what’s that got to do with our products? All I can tell you is we put who we are into what we do and, over here, we’re all about nurturing ourselves and others, exemplifying our core values and appreciating the values that collectively make us great, and just overall excellence despite difficulty. See what we did there?
We sell candles, candle making supplies, and candle care items. We also sell books and apparel. Everything in the Queen Acts catalog is intended to inspire self care and self love. We believe that in order for you to show up as your best self for everyone else, like we do, you need to ensure your cup runneth over first.
Everything in our catalog is well made and we stand by that. We also stand by Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do. Those are the Air Force Core Values I signed my life to and still maintain. Make sure you let us know if you’re not satisfied and we’ll tend to that, and please don’t be stingy with the praise. Share how much you love us. Every once in a while, you’ll be pleasantly surprised what the honest truth of how great we are pays you back.
Policies:
Customer service is extremely important to us. We will happily refund any items you receive that are delivered damaged if reported within 24 hours of tracking delivery date. With many of our products there can be extenuating factors that contribute to how well our product performs for you. We cannot guarantee that all of our products will perform at their best under your care. Queen Acts assumes no liability for problems that may result from poor candle care; however, if you believe any issue you are having with a product is due to the negligence or anomalies from Queen Acts practices, we highly recommend you include images with your requests to return any items for our consideration. Whether or not we determine we can accept a return and refund your item, we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
